July 23, 2025 from 6:00-8:00pm

 

Typical Schedule:

6:00 - 6:15pm - Warm up & Stretches as a unit.

    6:15 - 6:30pm - Separate into squads for Team bonding.

  6:30 - 7:00pm - Work on cheer formations

     7:00 - 7:30pm - Learn Sideline Cheers

  7:30 - 7:50pm - Begin working on Halftime routines.

 7:50 - 8:00pm - Team Pictures   

 

 

Please have your cheerleader bring a large water bottle,

wear comfortable athletic clothing,

& supportive tennis shoes.

Hair should be up and out of face.
